輪值技術員（將軍澳） 薪酬：月薪 $16,000 – $18,000 + 輪班津貼 + 花紅 要求：具 1 年相關經驗（工程 / 設施管理 / 燃氣 / 發電廠經驗優先）

廠房技術員（大埔） 薪酬： • H 牌：$30,000 • B 牌：$25,000 – $27,000 • A 牌：$23,000 – $25,000 （另加輪班津貼及花紅） 要求：具 5 年相關經驗，持有密閉空間證書及平安咭者優先

維修技工（A 牌） 地點：啟德 薪酬：月薪 $22,000 – $26,000 要求：持有 A 牌及平安卡，具 3 – 5 年物業管理或酒店維修經驗

維修主任（B 牌） 地點：啟德 薪酬：月薪 $26,000 – $30,000 要求：持有 B 牌，熟悉 Chiller 及 BMS 系統，負責中央冷氣維修保養
