About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for our retail banking portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic and trigger-based CDD reviews for individual retail customers.

• Conduct name screening and transaction monitoring alerts investigation.

• Ensure all KYC records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Input and maintain high-quality customer data in our systems.

• Collaborate with the central compliance team on AML-related matters.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Individuals with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), gained within a retail bank or financial institution.

• This role is an ideal fit for professionals currently working in bank branches who handle account opening, customer onboarding, and initial CDD checks.

• A solid understanding of KYC requirements for individual customers.

• Detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical skills.

• Candidates seeking a structured Monday-to-Friday work schedule with predictable hours.
