Assistant Product Management Manager – Deposits

Location: Central (Head Office)
Salary: HK$30,000 - 33,000 per month + Discretionary Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of Deposit products across Retail and Corporate Banking businesses
• Enhance product profitability and identify opportunities for new product development
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring
• Develop and execute product and marketing strategies
• Participate in product launch, enhancement and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure product compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology and Business teams
• Prepare business analysis, product performance reports and management updates

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience
• Candidates from Product Management, Treasury, Global Markets, FX, Investment Banking or related functions are welcome
• Frontline RM candidates with strong Deposit product knowledge will also be considered
• Knowledge of Retail Banking and Corporate Banking products
• Familiar with banking regulatory and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
