Bank - e-Banking Channel Officer

Location: Kowloon

Salary: HK$20,000 - 25,000

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Operations 渠道營運: Manage routine operations for e-banking systems and handle pre-operation processing for internal and third-party channels.

• Platform Maintenance 平台維護: Oversee daily upkeep of bank apps and websites, including tracking promotional campaigns, publishing/reviewing content, and compiling data statistics.

• Testing & UAT Support 項目測試: Proactively follow up on operational issues and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Cross-Border Communication: Assist in facilitating smooth and efficient daily communication between the mainland and Hong Kong teams.

Job Requirements

• Education 學歷背景: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or related business disciplines (大學學位，金融或相關專業畢業); a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience 工作經驗: Prior internship or work experience within financial institutions or banks is highly preferred (具金融機構實習或工作經驗者優先).

• Technical Skills 電腦技能: Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge or skills in SQL is a distinct advantage (懂 SQL 技能加分).

• Languages 語言能力: Native or fluent Cantonese speaker is preferred, with good communication skills to interface with regional offices.

• Core Competencies 核心能力: Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, quick comprehension, and a reliable team player.
