Bank Teller / Branch Customer Service Officer

Locations Available: Multiple branches including Kwun Tong, Yuen Long, Sha Tin, Aberdeen, and Kennedy Town.
Salary: HK$20,000 - $26,000 per month (12 months + bonus)

We are seeking multiple motivated individuals to join our team as Bank Tellers. This role offers a stable and supportive environment with no sales targets, providing an excellent opportunity to build a career in banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle counter transactions and provide face-to-face customer service.

• Process account opening applications for both individual and corporate clients.

• Manage cash operations and handle credit card inquiries.

• Perform general administrative duties, including Chinese word processing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a branch-based customer service role is required.

• Experience in account opening, cash handling, and responding to customer inquiries.

• HKCEE / HKDSE with passes in five subjects, or a Diploma or above.

• Proficiency in Chinese typing.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Saturdays on a rotating shift basis (with a compensatory weekday off)
