Position Overview:
Locations: Kennedy Town, Aberdeen, Kwun Tong, Sai Wan Ho, Mong Kok, Yuen Long, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui
Salary: HKD 20,000–26,000 x 12 months + Performance-Based Bonus
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday roster with compensatory weekday off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer service at branch locations

  • Manage banking operations, including account openings, cash handling, credit card inquiries, and servicing both corporate and individual clients

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bank Teller or in branch-based Customer Service (face-to-face)

  • Expertise in banking tasks such as account openings, cash transactions, and credit card inquiries

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with passes in 5 subjects, or Diploma or higher qualification

  • Proficiency in Chinese typing
