Banking Operations Checker / Senior Checker (票據結算部)

Location 工作地點： Kowloon
Salary 薪酬： HK$27,000 – HK$50,000+ (視乎經驗而定)
Working Hours 工作時間： Monday – Friday

需輪班工作，以下時段均需配合：

• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• 8:50am – 5:50pm
• 12:00pm – 9:00pm

Job Responsibilities 

• Review and verify cheque transactions and clearing documents（核對支票及票據交易文件）
• Perform checker duties to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank procedures（執行覆核及批核工作）
• Support daily cheque clearing and settlement operations（處理日常票據交換及結算流程）
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up on exceptional cases（跟進異常個案及錯誤事項）
• Liaise with branches and internal stakeholders regarding cheque-related enquiries（與分行及內部部門溝通協調）
• Ensure operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements（確保符合銀行內部程序及監管要求）

Junior Checker Requirements

• Minimum 2 years banking operations experience
• Must possess hands-on experience in cheque operations / clearing operations（必須有銀行票據處理經驗）
• Familiar with retail banking operations workflow（熟悉零售銀行後勤流程）
• Diploma or above
• Responsible and detail-minded

Senior Checker Requirements

• Solid cheque clearing and settlement experience（具豐富交換票及票據結算經驗）
• Familiar with HKICL cheque clearing procedures（熟悉香港銀行同業結算有限公司 HKICL 運作流程）
• Experience liaising directly with HKICL is highly preferred
• Team leadership or supervisory experience required（具帶領團隊經驗）
• Strong operational control and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with local or Chinese bank operation systems is an advantage
