Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plan to drive retirement products (MPF and ORSO) distribution through various channels.

• Coordinate business development activities and marketing events for retirement products (MPF and ORSO) for attainment of sales goals and profitability.

• Conduct market analysis and prepare market information and statistical reports to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.

• Deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales support to distributors and clients, ensuring excellent service, close relationship and long-term satisfaction.

• Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to senior management.

• Arrange training sessions for distributors to deepen product expertise and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience in banks or financial services institutions. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior-level position.

• In-depth knowledge of MPF and ORSO regulations and market practices.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels.

• Possession of SFC Type 4 and MPF licenses is required; CFP or other relevant certifications are preferred.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
