工作地點：香港區 Office
工作時間：Mon - Sat（5天工作輪班，時間：9am-6pm / 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm / 1pm-10pm，另設輪班津貼）
薪酬待遇：HKD $16,000 – $23,000 + 年終 Bonus
入職要求：
• 歡迎 Teller / Digital Ambassador（熟悉銀行產品者）
• 歡迎具 Call Centre 經驗者（如 HKT / PCCW 等）轉職入銀行
主要職責：
• 接聽 Inbound 客服電話，處理 General Banking 查詢
• 處理公司及個人客戶投訴
• 適時轉介個案至分行或銷售部門
