Key Responsibilities
-
Handle daily counter cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange, remittances, etc.)

Answer customer enquiries and provide basic banking services

Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements

Must have 1.5 years full-time experience as a Bank Teller or Customer Service (CS)

Detail-oriented, responsible, with a strong customer service mindset
