CS / Senior Account Officer (Insurance Service Center)

Location: Kowloon Office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:50 PM, No OT)

Salary: HK$19,000 – $25,000 + Performance Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent 位 (Bank Holidays & Medical Benefits included)

Key Responsibilities

• Face-to-Face Servicing: 於保險服務中心接待已預約的客戶，提供專業的面對面客戶服務。

• Product Explanation: 解答客戶有關人壽保險產品 (Life Insurance) 的查詢，並清晰解釋保單內容與申請流程。

• Administrative Support: 協助客戶填寫及處理保單文件，確保營運流程符合合規要求。

Requirements

• Background: Minimum 3 years of stable experience as an Insurance Agent / Financial Planner is preferred. (Fresh graduates who worked as part-time agents during university are also welcome).

• Licensing: Active registration under IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is mandatory (必須持有相關牌照，不設補考).

• Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree holder (中學畢業恕不考慮).

• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and good command of English.
