Customer Service Officer – Air Cargo Operations #RMC

Description

Salary Package:
HKD 25,000 per month × 13 months

Working Schedule:
Five-day work week
Shift basis (Monday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support for air cargo and B2B freight operations
  • Coordinate shipments and handle cargo-related enquiries
  • Use airline and cargo systems to manage bookings and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams, airlines, and clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in air cargo operations, customer service, or freight operations preferred
  • Experience with cargo systems or airline systems is an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in air cargo or logistics are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
