Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries primarily through call center operations.

• Provide occasional counter service and face-to-face customer support.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in call center operations (e.g., HKT, PCCW, Asia Miles, banking, or finance sectors) is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
