Customer Services Admin Officer (Clearance Assistant) 

Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Salary: HK$20,000–25,000/month (total package)
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, shift work (39 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries for cargo bookings from overseas, ensuring seamless coordination with airlines.

  • Prepare documentation, compile regular reports, and manage inventory records.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above, with experience in customer service, clerical work, or cargo operations.

  • Degree in Logistics/Transportation preferred; experience in trade counter, load control, ground handling, airport, or logistics operations is an advantage.

  • Must be available for shift work.
