Customer Services Assistant Manager (Insurance – Call Center)

Location: Kowloon Office (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, No OT)

Salary: HK$27,000 – $32,000 + Performance Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent 位 (Premium Benefits included)

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Operations: Handle client enquiries regarding insurance products, policy details, and account status via phone.

  • Account Maintenance: Address customer questions about policy applications, billing status, and reward programs.

  • Service Quality: Provide professional, high-quality customer service to maintain company service standards.

Requirements

  • Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking or Insurance Call Center / Customer Services (必須具 5 年或以上相關經驗).

  • Licensing: Possession of or willingness to register under IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is required.

  • Bachelor degree holder

  • Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and good command of English.
