Customer Services Officer (Airport Compliance & Operations)

Location: Airport
Salary: HK$25,000 per month x 13 months

A unique opportunity exists for a detail-oriented professional to join the airport operations team. This role focuses on compliance coordination and dangerous goods handling within a customer service framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance in dangerous goods handling procedures

• Coordinate with the Civil Aviation Department on regulatory matters

• Assist in developing and delivering training programs

• Handle compliance documentation for ground operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 2-3 years of experience in airport ground services with dangerous goods inspection OR compliance coordination background

• IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate holders will have strong advantage

• Experience in processing airport ground handling compliance documentation is essential

• Willingness to work rotating shifts (minimal shift work required)

• Ability to work effectively with government authorities and internal teams
