Data Entry Clerk - Airport Maintenance Area

Location: Airport Maintenance Area (Restricted Area Permit required)
Salary: HKD 14,000 - 15,000 per month x 12 months
Work Schedule:

• 5 days per week (Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday)

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (regular hours with on-time finish; occasional overtime until 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM, approximately 3-4 days every two months, with overtime pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks, converting handwritten maintenance records into digital format

• Utilize warehouse management systems under guidance from English-speaking supervisors

• Ensure accurate and efficient data input in both Chinese and English

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English (training provided by English-speaking supervisors)

• Proficient in Chinese and English typing (Cangjie, Quick, or Pinyin input methods)

• Prior administrative experience preferred, with strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks

• Excellent communication skills in English
