Company Overview

Our client is a prominent and well-established financial institution in Hong Kong. To support the rapid growth of their digital platforms, they are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented professional to join their Digital Banking & Innovation Team as an Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Operations: Maintain the daily operations, content updates, and functional stability of the bank's digital channels, including mobile apps and official websites.
• Content Management: Assist in editing, reviewing, and publishing marketing materials and campaign content across internal and 3rd party digital media platforms.
• UAT & Testing: Proactively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, track system issues, and ensure smooth project deployment.
• Data & Reporting: Compile channel performance data, traffic statistics, and operational reports using Excel for management review.
• Cross-border Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between regional teams (including Hong Kong and Cross-border office locations) to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
• Documentation: Properly document operational workflows, guidelines, and project milestones for knowledge management.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial institutions/banking is preferred. Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience in banking/fintech are highly welcomed.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SQL or data tools is a distinct advantage but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: High sense of ownership, strong logical thinking, and attention to detail. A great team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
