Position Overview

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a strategic partner to corporate clients, identifying top-tier talent and driving successful business placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, from initial talent sourcing to final candidate placement.

• Craft and publish compelling job advertisements across major job boards and professional networks.

• Proactively source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for client vacancies.

• Facilitate interview arrangements, provide professional briefings, and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any discipline (Recent or upcoming fresh graduates are highly welcome).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Driven, energetic, and highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Strong team player who values collaboration and a supportive working culture.

• Keen interest in gaining exposure to regional recruitment and corporate HR functions.
