The Role: 

• Headhunt Talent: Use LinkedIn, networking, and cold outreach to find high-caliber professionals for top-tier clients.
• Build Your Client Portfolio: Proactively pitch, cold-call, and network with business leaders across Hong Kong to secure hiring mandates.
• Manage the 360° Cycle: Screen candidates, prep them for interviews, negotiate job offers, and close deals.
• Become a Reliable Consultant: Deep-dive into your designated sector (e.g., Tech, Finance, Legal, or Retail) to become a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in ANY discipline.
• Prior experience in campus club/ student societies/ event organizations/ client-facing roles.
• Excellent command of either Cantonese or English (able to do business call).
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
