Job Details:

• Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (modern office)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Salary: HKD 30,000 - 32,000 per month (commensurate with experience) + performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-tier IT support to internal staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 4-5 years of full-time IT support experience in a professional setting.
