Description
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum HR support (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, C&B).

Maintain and update HR systems (Podium, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
-
Assist with monthly payroll and MPF processing.
-
Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
-
1+ years of full-time HR experience (all-round HR support required).
-
Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
-
Experience with HRIS (Podium) and ERP systems (SAP/BC) is a MUST.
-
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Japanese language skills a plus).
-
Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential data.
