MNC - Admin (HR Department) - 要識 HR System (Podium), ERP (BC & SAP) #RMC

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum HR support (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, C&B).

  • Maintain and update HR systems (Podium, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

  • Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

  • Assist with monthly payroll and MPF processing.

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of full-time HR experience (all-round HR support required).

  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Experience with HRIS (Podium) and ERP systems (SAP/BC) is a MUST.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Japanese language skills a plus).

  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential data.
