Description
Salary: HKD 19,000 – 23,000 per month plus bonus
Working Location: Hong Kong Island
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Handle shipping operations, including import and export documentation and declarations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on shipment arrangements and order follow-up
- Prepare and process shipping documents and customs-related paperwork
- Perform sample handling and physical coordination work as required
- Support logistics and supply chain operations through SAP system usage
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder
- Proficient in English
- Hands-on experience in shipping and logistics operations is mandatory
- Experience in import/export documentation and shipment coordination
- SAP system experience is highly preferred
- Willing to handle occasional physical tasks related to samples
