地點：香港區 Office 薪酬：$16K - $23K + 花紅 (晚班另有津貼)
時間：5 天工作 (週一至六輪班 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm / 1pm-10pm)
核心職責：

處理個人及商業客戶 General Banking 查詢

跟進及處理客戶意見與投訴

將客戶需求轉介至分行或 Sales 團隊
