Procurement Manager (IT Projects & Systems)

Location: Sha Tin (Corporate Office)

Salary: HK$40,000 – $60,000 per month + Bonus

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, specifically focusing on IT projects.

• Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.

• Review contracts and ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies.

• Utilize ERP systems and Excel to maintain accurate procurement data and analytics.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–6 years of procurement experience, with a proven track record in IT project procurement.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder.

• Qualifications: Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
