What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to both clients (top-tier banks, asset management firms, and financial institutions) and candidates. You will operate in a 360-degree role:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR partners and hiring managers in the banking and finance sector to understand their hiring needs.

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, screen, and interview high-caliber finance professionals using various channels.

• Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from arranging interviews to advising on salary offers and closing deals.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the Hong Kong financial market to provide expert advice to your network.

What We Look For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields are a plus, but not mandatory).

• Experience: Fresh graduates / Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply! Prior internship experience in sales, customer service, or banking is an advantage.

• Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin).

  • A high degree of resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
