Regional HR Specialist – C&B Focus #RHA
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full spectrum of C&B operations, including payroll calculations, benefits, insurances, taxation, and MPF administration.
- Manage payroll and commission processes for assigned markets through outsourced payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Gather market information and collaborate with C&B vendors on compensation and benefits surveys to maintain market competitiveness.
- Address employee inquiries related to pay and benefits professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the HR Controller, Finance team, and HR team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts, including personnel costs, headcount, and productivity reports.
- Assist in the annual salary review and bonus process.
- Provide recruitment and administrative support to the HR team.
- Participate in various staff engagement activities such as Annual Dinners and Volunteer Activities.
- Undertake additional ad hoc assignments or projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
