Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients by providing professional financial advisory and relationship management services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings, reviews, and proactive engagement.
• Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, or wealth management solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and KYC/AML standards throughout the client lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including credit, operations, product, and compliance teams, to deliver seamless client service.
• Prepare credit proposals, financial reviews, and account documentation where applicable.
• Monitor client portfolios, credit exposures, and risk profiles, escalating issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
• Participate in client events, marketing activities, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in client-facing roles within banking or financial services.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills with a proven track record in achieving targets.
• Good understanding of banking products, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM or banking systems.
