Hiring: Sales / Customer Service (Insurance, MPF & Bank Retail RM) — Assistant Manager / Retail RM

We are now hiring sales and customer service candidates for face-to-face customer appointments across insurance and finance products, including Insurance (IIQE 1 & 3), MPF Sales (MPF/Finance), and Bank Retail RM roles.

Position Highlights

• No cold calling (clients book appointments directly)
• Fixed basic salary + commission + bonus

Requirements (depending on role)

• Insurance Customer Service (Face-to-Face):

  • Welcome insurance agents / customer service candidates with 2+ years full-time experience
  • Must hold effective IIQE Paper 1 & 3 licenses
  • Provide proof of work and latest payslips
  • Licenses must be current and candidate must not be tied to another insurer

• MPF Sales (Assistant Manager):

  • Diploma / University degree (any discipline)
  • 1–2 years sales experience (insurance / banking / or other sales welcome)
  • Familiarity with finance/MPF products preferred

• Bank Retail RM:

  • Business degree holders welcome
  • Insurance agents with 2 years experience or sales background welcome
  • Prefer candidates who hold IIQE 1/2/3 and/or HKSI 178 (investment)

Work Location & Hours

• Kowloon (Insurance face-to-face role)
• All HK six districts (Bank Retail RM role)
• Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm

Package

• Insurance role: HKD 20,000–25,000 + bonus (based on experience)
• MPF Assistant Manager: Basic HKD 22,000–30,000 (negotiable) + commission + bonus
• Bank Retail RM: Competitive base salary + commission/bonus (can be negotiated)
• Medical benefits (where applicable)
