Working Hours & Location
- Kowloon office
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face customer service at the service center
- Handle customer appointments to explain life insurance products
- Explain insurance product details and application procedures clearly
- Support customers with service-related enquiries
- No cold calling or outbound sales activities required
Job Requirements
- Must hold valid IIQE qualifications (Paper 1 and Paper 3) for licensing
- Candidates without the required insurance license will not be considered
- At least 1 year of experience as an insurance agent is preferred
