Job Purpose
-
Market the bank’s loan offers to customers via phone (outbound calls and hotline responses).

Deliver quality support and achieve set sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
-
Introduce loan products to both new and existing customers to support business growth.

Report campaign results and suggest improvements to managers.
-
Reach monthly sales targets and meet service requirements.

Follow all company policies and legal/regulatory rules.
Requirements
-
Secondary education with at least 1 year of work experience.
-
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
-
Strong phone communication; energetic and diligent.
-
Can work well under pressure and meet targets.
