Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Acquisition: 
  • Research, map out, and cold/warm pitch prospective corporate clients (HR directors, hiring managers, and department heads) in the healthcare and financial sectors.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, pitch our recruitment services, negotiate terms of business, and win new job orders.
• Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
  • Source, attract, and screen candidates using job portals, professional networks, and database searches.
  • Conduct thorough competency-based interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
  • Manage the complete hiring pipeline: coordinate interviews, prep candidates, gather feedback, manage offers, and handle salary negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-term talent pipeline and client network within your specialized sector.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline from a recognized university in Hong Kong.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or high-volume environments.
